[Capital FM]Anybody who confesses to being a relationship expert is in my opinion a liar unless, and I repeat, unless the person has been involved in not less than a hundred and one relationships. This is because dating or a relationship, for that matter, is all about experience.
While keen to maintain neutrality, United State and Britain appear to feel prospect of an indicted Kenyan president merits strong words. Kenya's key international relationships could be ...
Hundreds of millions of migrant workers have flocked to Chinese metropolises in search of opportunity. But financial access has not kept pace with an increasingly transient population. Citizens at the bottom of the economic pyramid lack even the most basic means to save for their children's education, make purchases on credit, protect their homes through insurance, and send and receive money. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is in fact eligible for the presidency despite being born in Canada because his mother was a U.S. citizen, making him a natural-born citizen. "In the past few days, there has been renewed buzz on the Internet about the presidential eligibility of Texas Sen. Ted Cruz," York writes. Cruz is a U.S. citizen by birth, having been born in Calgary to an American- born mother.'**" (My emphasis.) Duh. Of course Ted Cruz is a citizen by birth. Yes, he was born in a c...

His work so far sets a precedent that should be followed in all constituencies in Kenya( or innovated around to fit the situation...different means to reach the same end, if you will). Anyway, he has a website for his constituency that details all the expenditure with regard to CDF funds a la this page: http://www.gatanga.com/cdf-projects/50.htmlCheck out his constituency's website. I don't know about the other constituencies. Will be looking into what they have done as well. Hopefully there will be some with something remotely similar. Bottomline: it's refreshing to see this kind of accountability and the results it yields.
